Return & Refund Policy

Stoutmonk allows a 30-day return policy. For any customer order returns (such as ordered by mistake, changed mind or any other reason specific to the customer), the courier charges need to be borne by the customer.

Upon receipt of the items, a refund would be issued.

Any product damages (items not worthy of being resold) would be adjusted in the settlement value.

Customers are requested to send the returns in the original packaging condition.
